"Got the help I needed that night"
My car battery died at night, so I decided to try Bateriku. The technician took a little longer to arrive than the estimated time, but it wasn’t too bad considering it was an emergency. Once he got there, he changed the battery quickly and I was able to get home without much hassle. Overall, it was a helpful service and I’d use it again if needed

Overall, the communication was clear. They let me know what to expect, and the rider called before arriving too, so I wasn’t just sitting around wondering what was going on.
The only thing was, the first reply took a bit longer than I expected, maybe they were busy or something. But after that, it was all easy to follow and everything turned out fine

I’ll be honest, I was annoyed at first because the warranty reply took longer than I expected. I started wondering if I was going to get brushed off, which was stressful. Had a good experince with Bateriku. The technician arrived quite fast and was polite the whole time. He explained what was wrong with my battery in a simple way, so it was easy to understand, and he didnt rush through the job. He also helped check everything properly before leaving. The battery change itself was quick, and the guy who came was polite and easy to deal with. No complaints about the actual work because the car started fine right after, so that part was good.
What bothered me a bit was the follow-up after I made payment. When I asked about the warranty and receipt, the replies were slower than expected, and it made me feel a little uneasy, like they were less responsive once the payment was done. They did get back to me eventually, but the after-sales part could be better.
